EMA21 a first ever absolute magnetic encoder system build in India by Electronica Mechatronic Systems. It has also received FIE foundation award for latest technical innovation at IMTEX 2015.

Designed for precise applications like robotics & automation, It provides excellent accuracy of 15 µm/mtr. and measuring speed of 4 m/s at 1 µm resolution. It also supports protocols like SSI and BiSS-C (unidirectional), along with this it also supports incremental O/P RS422 digital / 1 Vpp analog protocols.

CMS2000 is a PC based measuring software specially design for profile projector applications.

Unlike metrology DROs CMS2000 provides functions like SPC, part zoom, and DFX export/import with benefit of PC interface.

CMS2000 can be easily installed on any computer connected with profile projector and easy to use which reduces operator's fatigue and hence increases the productivity.

The EL500 is an advanced digital readout system for performing three axes (two linear and one angular) geometrical measurement at very high level of precision and accuracy.

The EL500 is a special digital read out (DRO) for Optical Profile Projectors (OPP) and microscopes. 

Its precise measurement identifies correct rejections. It reduces operator fatigue and provides faster inspection, enhancing productivity.

EL500 offers standard measurement functions and variety of constructions. Additionally it offer result backup utility and DXF export function.

The EL250 is an advanced digital readout system for performing three axes (two linear and one angular) geometrical measurement at very high level of precision and accuracy.

EL250 DRO offers simultaneous display of all three axes, along with quick reset keys. For linear axes, it has linear and segmented calibration options.

EL250 has all basic measurement functions along with result storage and pc-transfer facility. It also supports direct connectivity with serial thermal printer.

EL360A is a complete DRO system including magnetic tape and reader heads for angular measurements on large rotary tables. Typically these rotary tables are part of horizontal boring machines and other such machines. Electronica has utilized its design and application experience in designing this unique solution. 

Angular rotation of table during machining needs precise measurement. This particular need is not completely fulfilled by optical rotary encoder coupled to the table center. This is where EL360A system proves useful. Table diameters starting from 300mm are supported and max diameter can be as large as 10meters. 

EL360A system comprises of Digital readout, magnetic tape cut to specific table diameter, two magnetic reader heads.

EL400 - MACHINE TOOL DIGITAL READ OUT

The EL400 Digital Read Out is a robust DRO.

This DRO has special versions suitable for Milling and Lathe functionality.

A standard DRO can be used for milling Lathe, grinding, boring machines.

EL400 DRO is also available for 4 axes applications for mill or Lathe machines.

EL400 DRO is compatible with Optical and magnetic encoders. Both linear and rotary, measurements can be done with this DRO with suitable machine error compensation.

EL300 is the Digital Read Out System suitable for most of the metal cutting machine applications. It is a popular DRO for Milling machines and Lathe machines. 

EL300 DRO has silicon keyboard with tactile keys which gives long life for key board and reliable operations.

EL300 DRO has USB communication port to transfer the data to or from computer. The machine tool probe can be connected to this DRO.
